Anti Red Eye campaign is organizing a national level short film contest. Based
on the listed themes, show your skills and help the society grow safer for
women. " NOTE: There is no entry fee"

• The organizing committee considers the participant as the
rightful owner of the film.
• The person who fills the registration form will be
considered as the participant and all the communications would do with him/her.
• The Film must not contain any copyrighted work(s)
belonging to third parties unless the participant has a valid license to use
such works in the Film. Participants accept to hand over all the
rights/licenses pertaining to the film.
• Submit entries online or by courier along with the hard copy
(DVD/Pen drive).
• Entries following the themes will only be accepted.
• Entries following any languages other than English should
have English subtitles.
• Entries must be sent in MP4 Format (720p)/ Blue-ray
• Time limit for entries is minimum 2 minutes and maximum 12
minutes.
• Films must be original, plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
• Any entry exceeding the above-mentioned time limits will
be disqualified.

• Only Films adhering to the guidelines would be considered
while judgment.
• All the shortlisted films will be screened during Short Film
Contest.

FRAMES is a three day global convention covering the entire gamut of Media & Entertainment like Films, Broadcast (TV & Radio), Digital Entertainment, Animation, Gaming, Visual Effects, etc. with nearly 2000 Indian and 800 foreign delegates encompassing the entire universe of media and entertainment expected to attend the event.
Phenakistoscope (1831) A phenakistoscope disc by Eadweard Muybridge (1893).The phenakistoscope was an early animation device. It was invented in 1831 simultaneously by the Belgian Joseph Plateau and the Austrian Simon von Stampfer. It consists of a disk with a series of images, drawn on radii evenly spaced around the center of the disk. Slots are cut out of the disk on the same radii as the drawings, but at a different distance from the center. The device would be placed in front of a mirror and spun. As the phenakistoscope is spun, a viewer would look through the slots at the reflection of the drawings which would only become visible when a slot passes by the viewer's eye. This created the illusion of animation.
