The “Kochadaiiyaan” movie is an upcoming 3D animated movie and it will be released in six regional languages like Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Punjabi, Bhojpuri and Marathi. The film will have a dubbed English version release at the international screens. The movie will be making history in Indian Cinema and it has been shot with animation techniques. The audio and trailer of the movie would be released at a function in Chennai on 9 March in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu languages. Eros International and Media One Global Entertainment are the producers of the movie, which is directed by Rajinikanth’s daughter, Soundarya R Ashwin. The music is scored by double Oscar winner AR Rahman and sound recording by another Oscar winner Resul Pookutty.
In the meantime, Karbonn Cell phones, one of the film’s sponsors is planning to undertake a massive marketing campaign for the film. Hoardings and banners of the film will be displayed at 3,650 Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd petrol outlets in Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. Neeta Lulla, the National Award winning fashion designer has worked on the looks of each and every role, including the lead role portrayed by Rajinikanth. Kochadaiiyaan movie is based on the historical character by the same name, who was an emperor of the 8th century. The name literally means a king who has long and curly hair. It is an animated 3D motion capture film. South Indian film’s most loved actors, Rajinikanth, will be featured in the film, voicing and acting out 3 of the lead roles.
